Since 1985, I have been helping clients in the local community with buying, selling and building homes.
As a Broker/Owner, I continue to explore new marketing programs and upgrade technology resources that will enable us to better serve our clients.
Experience in all aspects of Real Estate
My experience as a former assessor and planning board member allows me to assist with all the complicated aspects of owning real estate. Services extend beyond listing and showing to consultation with clients about buying vs. remodeling or building, filing abatements, as assistance with other town zoning issues.
Commitment to Community
Being a local business owner is a commitment to the community as well. As a long time resident of Brimfield, I have seen the changing landscape and how it affects the lifestyle of residents. I now serve on the Board of Directors for The Last Green Valley, a local non-profit organization working to conserve our natural resources, celebrate our heritage, and respect our working lands.
In an effort to preserve the rural atmosphere and give back
to the community on a more personal level, I have purchased several large tracks of land for conservation purposes. My nature retreat, known as "The Woods at Long Pond," is 120 acres of wooded trails that have given local children an opportunity to learn more about the great outdoors, the wildlife in their own backyards, and the need for conservation and open space. Hosting many annual events has succeeded in bringing our youngest community members outdoors to learn more about our environment.
